Exam...

Meeting up with TL (Team Leader) had some IDP (Individual Development Plan) chat.

Basically it's more like planing your long/medium/short term plan in the company.

So yah, was blah blah blah together with TL about my IDP... and of course... I am blur about it... not even 2 weeks in the company... @_@ ... hehe

At the end of the conversation... she said "once you are confirmED as a permanent staff, between this 6 months period, you are required to attend (a few) classroom/workshop courses. After the courses, there will be exam. Don't worry the company will pay for your courses and exam fees".

I was like...

OH NO EXAM AGAIN!!!???

Then again she said "Passing rate is 70%"

Pengsan !!!

Those genius people outside there, always read lots of books, always score 70% and above for exams, Jimmy in need of your intellectual brain. There will be reward for your contribution... fine dinning anywhere anyplace... hehe...

I guess not only learning a lifetime thingy...
