Modem-less

Ahdui, modem died yesterday (Sunday), was onlining halfway then all of sudden it lag, so decided to restart the modem. After that the modem LED light from green turn to RED!!! instead of RED to green...

Haih...NOT AGAIN!!!

This was the 3rd time it happened again, once it turn to RED without turning to green, means the modem no hope d. The 1st and 2nd time was under warranty, so change for free. The third time was yesterday, warranty period expired liow. Grrr!!!

Felt so weird without Internet connection, like as if I "disconnected" from the World Wide Web instead of the computer itself (not really a bad thing though, but weird... lol). Was browsing through the computer, to find something to do or watch, but aih... can't blog, can't play DOTA!!!, can't chat and the list goes on T_T

Technology now days, it's like a necessity for us liow. Imagine without a cell phone, you felt as if your other "half" missing in your life.

Bad bad bad... tsk tsk...

Finally!!! Linksys WiFi modem for the Tan's family.
No more long cable from my room upstairs till downstairs to my sister's com, less wire, less hassle... go for wireless... aiyo I so ketingalan zaman (outdated)... hehe

Tips from the IT nerd:
DON'T buy Aztech's modem, very unreliable.
Spend a bit more for quality products.
